• Vendor sourcing and management- don’t worry about tracking vendors down or communicating with a multitude of people- we handle that for you

• Decor design digital mock-ups, sourcing, and set-up on day of wedding

• Bridal and groom party shopping coordination

• Shipping + logistics of all pieces of wedding

• Creation of Save the Date, Invite, Thank You Cards, Programs, Menus, and any other stationery

• Tailored experiences based on your interests, cultures, or traditions

• Available exclusively to you and your wedding party- when you need the extra support, it is there

• Day-of coordination/ staff management

These individualized wedding planning services offer specialized assistance where you need it most. Maybe you truly enjoy the planning process, but get stuck at certain points along the way? Don’t let a piece of the planning overwhelm you. This is a great option for a budget-focused bride/groom, and we are excited to tailor the service to your needs specifically.

• Mood board creation- digital and printable mood boards for the whole day, or a specific part of the process. These are also great for bachelor/bachelorette parties, bridal showers, and rehearsal dinners.

• Wedding website creation- we generally recommend using Zola or The Knot, as they also have handy planning features that help keep you organized. We will ensure your entire website is fully robust in all details, photos, and excitement for everyone you invite to your big day.

• Digital design of save the dates, invites, thank you cards, menus, programs, signage (also offered for bachelorette/bachelor parties)

• Bridal and/or groom styling- find the perfect look for one or both of you, as well as for your wedding party. This includes personalized styling consultations to obtain measurements and sizing, as well as preferences, as well as a digital shopping guide for each person.

• Personalized digital wedding planner (also printable), which allows you to track every date, detail and dollar being spent. This is a Canva design and download- having a Canva Pro membership is highly encouraged (allows you to further customize your plan and add in photo references).

• Recycled decor sourcing- want to keep your wedding sustainable by only sourcing decor that has already been used? Allow us to do the legwork. We will scour all resale options to find you the best quality and prices.

Flexible sliding scale pricing available; Ensure your day goes perfectly. Let us smooth out any possible bumps along the way, while ensuring you don’t feel the stress. Your day should be totally fun and relaxing for you. We can handle the venue, caterers, bar, DJ/entertainment, photographers/videographers, directing the wedding party, and of course ensuring we stay on schedule. We are able to work with your wedding planner or you directly to ensure your vision comes to life.
